Ayurveda Department in Sri Lanka Democratic Socialist Republic got uninterrupted energy with the generator set installed by EMSA.

Under the agreement between Sri Lanka Democratic Socialist Republic and EMSA Generator, 1 6M11G150/5 model Baudouin engine, EGK225-120N model EMSA alternator, 150 kVA diesel generator is installed to Ayurveda Department.
Ayurveda Department operates to research and develop traditional medicine and to encourage small and medium-scale local medicine businesses for the sustainable usage of herbs and plants. Currently, there is a total of 433 staff in 9 Ayurveda hospitals, 31 Ayurveda medical service institutions and 36 prevention service institutions in the Kandy, Matale and Nuwara Eliya regions. The generator set installed by EMSA will commission when there is a power cut and prevent any negative events in the Ayurveda Department.
